In November 2019, Master de Silva was promoted to 7th Degree Black Belt in ITF Taekwon-Do. He is currently the youngest practitioner in England to hold this grade.

Master de Silva is a former ITF World Champion and multiple time National & International Medalist in both Patterns and Sparring.
